GEMA BLANCO
She started in the Performing Arts in 1998. She is an expert in the Didactics of Body Expression from the Rey Juan Carlos University. Gema leads regular workshops on Adapted Performing Arts for people with disabilities, where they explore dance, theater, and body expression. She has received training in Documentary Theater, Sensory Theater, and Performing Arts with AISGE. She believes that these disciplines allow one to imagine, transform, and dream.

GUSTAVO DÍAZ
Gus is a designer and visual artist, born in Venezuela but settled in Madrid. On his self-taught life journey of discovery, he explored countless forms of creativity. In contemporary dance, he found a new world for creative exploration and a vital way of self-expression. He joined the MAD Kolektiv in 2021.

ANITA GUILLÉN
An amateur actress (graduated from EMAD), she has taken all kinds of dance classes since she was young. She believes in lifelong learning and is constantly supplementing her degree in Social Education with additional courses in sign language, dance therapy, and psychomotricity. Anita enjoys traveling and often exchanges the air of Madrid for a hike in the mountains. Anita joined MAD Kolektiv in 2018.

LUCÍA SANTOS
Since she learned to read, Lucía has enjoyed adapting stories and dance for the stage. Before starting her journey in the performing arts, she completed her studies in ESL, worked as a relay assistant for deaf people, and was a social activist for universal accessibility and inclusion for people with disabilities. An enthusiast of science fiction, astronomy, and AI, topics she believes will bring us many surprises in the future. She joined MAD Kolektiv in 2021.

IVÁN CORRALES
Born in 1974 in Madrid, he has nourished his passion for dance, music, and various sports from an early age. He entered the world of Performing Arts as a lighting technician but soon began his own dance training. In 2013, he started teaching dance, improvisation, and physical theater in an Inclusive Performing Arts program for adults in Coslada. He became part of MAD Kolektiv in 2018.

JOSÉ GARCÍA SAYAGO
José was born in Madrid, and before joining MAD Kolektiv in 2018, he was a successful athlete for many years. He also took theater classes and performed. Dance is a new passion he discovered, and since then, he has been performing more than any other team member of MAD Kolektiv. He is also part of a theater group and enjoys tennis classes.

ANA BLANCO
Specialized in body expression work and physical theater, since 1998 she has been leading performing arts workshops for adults with and without disabilities for the Department of Culture in Coslada, producing the final show every year. Ana believes in social transformation through art and dedicates her time to various artistic projects in the community.

JORGE MOYA
Jorge was born in Madrid in 1978. He is a deaf person who, since he was young, has had a passion for dance and theater. Currently, he is a sign language teacher and works at a day center. He would like to promote a dance inclusion project that brings together hearing and deaf people. For him, dance is a very powerful form of body and artistic expression. He joined MAD Kolektiv in 2025.
