InDanceMet – Inclusive Dance Methodologies and Needs (2025-2027)
The project will provide training and resources in dance and educational physical activity to educators, teachers, local organisations, and adults with or without disabilities. Key objectives include creating an inclusive dance-training program, expanding access to artistic and educational opportunities, and strengthening the university’s role in theoretical research. The project also emphasizes training people with disabilities to become trainers in adapted physical activities, promoting empowerment and long-term inclusion.
Concrete results include:
► Inclusive dance workshops delivered across three partner countries for adult learners and teachers.
► A digital educational manual created with practical, inclusive dance exercises for practitioners.
► A tested and scientifically validated inclusive dance methodology produced—supported by questionnaire data—proving effective across diverse groups and reusable in different European contexts, with dance serving as a strong nonverbal medium for expression and shared communication.
