Finishing Fulbright Schuman residency in Atlanta
My Fulbright Schuman residency in Atlanta is coming to an end. Five months of rehearsals, workshops, performances and good time with Full Radius Dance. I have learnt so much from Douglas Scott (artistic director) and the company dancers. A team with strong dance technique and contagious enthusiasm, I couldn’t ask for more. I am so happy to have this opportunity and thank you to dancers Sara, Shawn, Laurel, Lindy and Andrew for having me.
You can join us for a short discussion of my residency and performance with Full Radius Dance on 26th of January at 6pm, The Trolley Barn (63 Edgewood Avenue Northeast, Atlanta)

Tango for people with Parkinson’s
This is my second time volunteering in a dance program for people with Parkinson’s at VA hospital in Atlanta. Program designed by Dr. Madeleine Hackney that helps develop cognitive and motor skills and at the same time improves the balance and coordination. The classes based on partnering, where we volunteers help and dance adapted tango with people with Parkinson’s. The dance instructor is Ronda Patino. A very enriching experience.
